For business buyers

Compliance & contracting

What RackVolt can put in writing for an Indian business: the entity you contract with, the documents we sign, and where your data sits. Everything on this page is current practice, not aspiration.

Version 1.0 Effective 21 October 2026 Entity RackVolt Cloud Solutions Pvt Ltd GSTIN 10AANCR5738G1ZC

Who you actually contract with

You buy from one of our brands — DigiRDP, RyzenRDP, VostRDP or Ekire. On an Indian business contract, the counterparty is the operating company behind them:

Legal nameRackVolt Cloud Solutions Pvt Ltd
CINU63999BR2024PTC068951
GSTIN10AANCR5738G1ZC
Incorporated2024, India

That matters for your finance team: a RackVolt contract is an Indian-entity contract, invoiced in rupees with GST, and payable domestically.

Each brand also has its own selling entity for self-service orders — DigiRDP, LLC and Ekire, LLC in the United States, and VostRDP, LTD. A self-service order is billed by that entity, which is why a GST invoice is raised against a RackVolt contract or custom quote rather than against a card payment made on a brand's website. If you need the GST invoice, tell us before you order and we will route it through RackVolt.
